So, you're saying WHO corrected the "nothing" to count positive when Biden was elected? Or you're saying WHO allowed "nothing" to count positive until Biden was elected? The latter is a statement of China's manipulation of data that influenced the 2020 Presidential election.

WHO allowed “nothing” to count as positive. Before election they had testing being done at 45 cycles. Any amount over 30 cycles is basically worthless as a positive result. Meaning the test is having a very difficult time finding anything to result in a positive test for the virus.

Analogy is smelling gas fumes in an empty gas tank and declaring it full.

Anything over 20 is basically worthless. It amplifies a single virus that got destroyed by your immune system before it could infect anything.
