So you’d rather have a legally-elected dictator as “President” than someone who cheats to secure the office from said dictator?

That is what you’re saying.

I think that's what Dennis Prager is saying.

What he's saying is that he at least acknowledges the viewpoint that you shouldn't be bound by rules to combat those who are breaking those rules.

That's literally all he said. People read into stuff academics say too heavily and without really breaking down the language they use. Each word provides very important context. :)

BTW, way to totally insult the guy for stating his beliefs. If you don’t want free ethical debate to exist then you may be closer to that “fascist” part of the dial than you cafe to admit. Every argument has two sides after all.

Does it, though? | "EVERY ARGUMENT HAS TWO SIDES" | image tagged in flat earth | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
Flat-earthers certainly think so: Even though I doubt they've bothered to ask any of their counterparts who supposedly live underneath the earth

I wonder if we live on the heads or tails side.

I fail to see how this is at all relevant. We're not talking about flat-earthers (though messing with them is a glorious sport indeed).

I'm asking if you honestly think it's OK to call someone the 'worst mistake in human history" for acknowledging that some people think it's OK to break the rules to combat someone already breaking those rules.

If you do, then you are objectively a tyrannical person who only accepts their own views as truths. If not, then your meme was a hypocritical violation of your assumed-support of freedom to speak one's mind.

It’s just a joke, I’m turning his own hyperbolic language back on him.

Donald Trump himself is closer to the worst mistake in human history: or at least, modern American history.

Dennis Prager and Trump’s other media shills are just along for the grift.
