Leap years happen in February, but only every four years, which is an even fewer occurence if happening. Sorry to not explain it correctly.

Dearest, it happens every four years regardless. So if it were to happen this year, the NON-CELEBRATION OF BIRTHDAYS were to happen in 2021, they wouldn't even happen four years from now, or whenever it is to happen, I dont care when leap year happens. OMG. I am your one upvote.

Black History Month and Leap Year are entirely different things. And please stop explaining leap year to me. I know what it is. And it isn’t this meme.

People in the meme are saying white people should wait until March to celebrate a birthday they have in February for no reason other then race.

Whereas in leap year, you can still celebrate your birthday on the 28th of February or the 1st of March regardless of the color of your skin.
