Our only hope is that a few democrats in the house and just one in the senate suddenly come down with a case of common sense. It seems unlikely to happen. And hope is definitely not a strategy. But that's sort of what it's come down to.
I don't think we're anywhere near civil war, yet. Hopefully not close at all. No matter what, one side should not attempt to impose its views on the other, by whatever means. Now, to be fair, I haven't seen those on the right attempt to do that, as those on the left are doing now. If it comes down to force, we'll all lose, even if those on the side of freedom and liberty win. The problem with my way of thinking, is that by the time I think something like that may be justified, it could be too late. I hope I'm wrong about that last statement.
