Republicans: "It's unconstitutional to save the Constitution!"

It's true, as far as it goes, that the Framers did not spell out in detail what should be done with a defeated President who attempts to usurp power in between Election Day and Inauguration Day; MAYBE THEY THOUGHT THAT ONE WAS A NO-BRAINER.
