I don't predict anything. I only state the obvious, based on years of observation. Nancy's birthday present will be for Joe to become "incapacitated" due to "health issues," making Kameltoe the Acting President (a temporary appointment). Someone then needs to become the Acting Vice President (also temporary), so I'd expect either Satan's Nightmare or Neurotic Nancy to be selected with zero prior notice, most likely in the next 60 days.
