Have you factored how many stay-at-home parents are men vs. women into your calculations? Demographics and college participation rates?

4 of the 5 highest paying college degrees are chosen mostly by men, and 4 of the 5 lowest paying degrees are chosen by women. Personal choice is the biggest factor in all this, not patriarchy

Women in the same job with the same education and experience are paid less then men.

So this " 4 of the 5 lowest paying degrees are chosen by women" are still paid less than men in the same position.

Golly gosh so you think the millionare and billionare businessmen are intentionally making themselves less rich by hiring men who cost more just for the sake of supremacy? If they were smart they would only hire women who can perform exactly the same job at less cost right? FACTS: No matter how many times this 77 cents on the dollar wage gap claim is repeated, it always comes back. The bottom line: the 23-cent gender pay gap is simply the difference between the average earnings of all men and women working full-time. It does not account for differences in occupations, positions, education, job tenure or hours worked per week. When such relevant factors are considered, the wage gap narrows to the point of vanishing.
