No. I get what he means. There are people who make under a certain amount who don't aren't required to file taxes. They probably need a stimulus even more than most. But I don't know how he plans to track them down. For the first stimulus, there was a tool you could use to sign up. But if you didn't get the message and sign up the first time, I don't see what would be different this time.
I just am getting annoyed at them rushing out the next steps (i.e. get it to new people, now a $1400 check, etc.) When they can't even manage the step we're on. It reminds me of the scene of I Love Lucy in the chocolates factory. They're already not keeping up and the conveyor belt keeps moving faster and faster. And in trying to keep up, Lucy just effs things up further.
