Basic knowledge of the virus can. Some people can have the virus for a week without showing symptoms are you telling me 100 people skipped the several week long battle?

Yes, some people can die in 24 hours from the virus if they are immune compromised. Find out the individual virus takeover of the cell and replication time and do the math. If the immune system fails to identify covid as a threat the lungs can be compromised in hours and they can die of respiratory failure very fast after that.
