KMS does not violate Imgflip’s TOS. Dylan has already been asked about it and he says it’s allowed as criticism, fair or unfair, is just something that comes with being a public figure. Add the fact that KMS is satire, and therefore is allowed under the umbrella of free speech as fair use, which means there is no grounds to sue.

Not really, hence why mod privileges were revoked for that user.

No, you were throwing around accusations just to see what would try and stick, because she was running as a candidate for Imgflip Presidents. And I must say, they were some of the most disgusting attacks I have ever seen against another user. Kate is one of the sweetest people on Imgflip and many Imgflippers will back me up on that. She is not the monster you set out to frame her as. The fact that a straight white male such as yourself has to resort to slandering a woman of color to try and win a role play election for your candidate is just utterly disgusting.

1. I post sex-related content that is in line with all the other sex-related content that I found on Imgflip when I joined, in streams like boobs, booty, and MILF: all of which I've been invited to Mod based on my history of positive contributions. Ask the stream owners. If their content isn't pornographic, neither is mine. I never see them taking heat for this: query why.

2. KMS (and so everyone knows what we're talking about, here is a link) imgflip.com/m/KylieMinogueSUCKS) violates Imgflip TOS (Conduct) as being behind-the-back harassment of me (my meme avatar is Kylie Minogue, check comments to confirm this -- in particular here imgflip.com/i/422c79#com8439215). The stream also violates TOS for being anti-female abusive content. Beyond that, it is an simply ill-advised use of the platform. It's not a good example to set, and I doubt this type of usage would be tolerated except for Community Mod involvement (i.e. yourself).

The owner of Imgflip doesn't recognize the TOS violations yet, as they are deliberately crafted by you and the other users of the stream to exploit a gray area, but I believe he will in time.

There was also this interesting sidebar journey imgflip.com/m/KylieFam_89 intended, apparently, to serve as a home for alt accounts created for the sole purpose of harassing me and impersonating my family members. Another thing that wouldn't generally be tolerated on Imgflip.

3. KTG is a sweet user 99% of the time, but she also has a mean streak that she's evidenced in several communications with me. I had well-founded suspicions she was trolling me with an alt in the "KylieFam" wheelhouse. Do you really want to re-litigate this? I can dig up plenty of examples of her being nasty.

I wasn't running in that election (nor have I actually run for President in any roleplay election thus far), I just thought it was something the community needed to know. I really don't care what her race or gender is.
