I'm trying to work that out. They're adults and are responsible for their actions but...they were influenced by a lot of trumpism so they'll definitely blame him but I can hear every mother that has ever lived saying, "If everybody jumped off a cliff would you?". LoL.

Tough defence. They're guilty. You don't all have to have matching uniforms to be part of the same army. Some broke glass, some killed, some beat officers and some wandered around but they were all there for the same reason.

It'll be interesting to see how many defenses don't work before they find the one that does. The first few will get longer sentences. I bet a play on temporary insanity works. Under the influence of propaganda.

I love court so this should be interesting.

The "just following orders" defense rarely works, as it's just as illegal to carry out an illegal order.

I know. They know. It won't stop them from using it though. They seem to want everyone to feel bad for them and want Trump to take all the blame. He deserves his own trial but I don't accept "it's all Trump's fault" for a minute.

I'm just glad Trump is gone and I'll leave the justice up to the people getting paid more than I to figure the rest out. I'm exhausted. LoL.
