He's using hyperbole to underscore the dishonesty of the MSM. I don't think he is actually saying Alex Jones is honest. He's using Jones as the measuring stick and pointing out that other sources are less credible. I have observed the media distorting the "news," to favor whichever side makes it more sensational. It's not about left versus right anymore.
