Okay, first of all, you don't go to a courthouse to force an investigation. You investigate first, and then go to court to put forth your claims and evidence. Second, investigations were done, and no evidence of voter fraud was found. Third, what you're saying is tantamount to saying "guilty until proven innocent", which is not how the law works. Fourth, merely claiming a election is rigged without evidence just because the candidate is sour grapes about losing said election, doesn't change reality. You aren't stating facts, just more rhetoric.

This is minimally accurate. Only law enforcement officials have a right to conduct an investigation into an election. Because you cannot simply file a lawsuit and subpoena votes, make wiretaps on people involved with the votes or seize voting data, emails, text messages and phone call logs. No one can “investigate first” that is a 100% completely wrong statement of how the legal process works. You sue AND THEN get a right to investigate. But you can’t subpoena private vote data. Only law enforcement can do it on a search warrant or grand jury subpoena. NO INVESTIGATIONS WERE DONE. None. You have no idea what you are talking about. There is ABSOLUTELY NO RIGHT TO CONDUCT A PRIVATE INVESTIGATION INTO ELECTION FRAUD. None. Zero. Not in the Constitution. And not in our civil rights. And just so you know, in the 2000 election, between Bush and Gore, there was no investigation either. There were attempted recounts, which were halted by the United States Supreme Court. The count was halted because, according to the United States Constitution (Article III) all States have a right to take back the citizens’ popular vote and certify the election in favor of one candidate over the other. In most States it is the Secretary of State that has this power. That is why Donald Trump called the Secretary of State in Georgia. Obviously, Donald Trump is the only target of an election fraud investigation in America now. Or we wouldn’t have heard the recording of his call. If he is going to be realistically charged with any crime, it will be over that phone call. That recording is 100 times worse than any wiretaps in the case of Rod Blagojevich (who Trump just pardoned). Blagojevich got 14 years in prison. You are way off. Anyone who knows how the system works would tell you the public evidence only points to Donald Trump being investigated for anything that happened in this election.

Investigations were done. No evidence was found, because there was no voter fraud. Your overly verbose replies aren't going to change the facts. We're done here.

No investigations were done. No one claims there were any investigations. That is made up. You don’t know the first thing about what you’re typing. Trump is the only person likely to be under investigation. And he could really be charged this time.

Investigations were done. No evidence was found. Trump deserves to be charged. The election was not rigged. Please stop spreading misinformation.
