yes, it was already in Asia, but they flung a dead body with Black Death in a city in Crimea. They saw that many were dying so they escaped to Italy but they had the disease and then Europe was saved from over-population

Cuz it's treatable now. It recently broke out in Mongolia last year, and in UK some time ago but they treated it alright.
It's bacterial, easy-to-kill.
