Not sure. according to Scott, after the good ending of FNAF 6 & FNAF 3, the souls of the children finally move on into the after life. Except Cassidy, she makes the torture of UCN after William Afton's sins he did in 1985 (The year he killed the children).

That makes sense, but the Fnaf crew is always finding ways to return, plus Bonnie could be haunted by something else. Mad mew mew isn't tough, but she also might return from the grave...

Also in The Joy Of Creation (T.J.O.C), the FNAF 2 animatronics become Ignited (As you know). The souls of the Original Crew come back to haunt Scott after he's done with the FNAF games & won't make more, so the souls come back from Heaven (Hell if you count Cassidy) to haunt Scott Cawthon. so yes the FNAF crew does find a way to return.
