I'll start off, Garlic and Chicken pasta with Sun-dried tomatoes:

2 lbs sliced chicken breast or boneless thighs if you prefer dark meat.
4-5 cloves minced garlic
2 Tbsp tomato paste
1/4C sun dried tomatoes, thinly sliced
1/3C extra virgin olive oil
Salt & pepper
Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp chopped parsley
12oz pasta (I like linguini. Angel hair is also nice)

Season the chicken with salt and pepper, then sautee until browned and cooked through. Remove from pan. Cook pasta and drain, set aside. Add olive oil, tomato paste, and sun dried tomatoes to pan and sautee for 2-3 minutes. Add garlic and cook until fragrant and a little soft, but do not brown it! Remove from heat. Add chicken to drained pasta in a large bowl, and pour over the oil/tomato/garlic mixture, toss it all to coat. Top with parmesan cheese and parsley, serve with side salad or steamed veggies and garlic bread. Add red pepper flakes for spice if desired.

My wife and I make this frequently, and its delicious! You can also use shrimp instead of chicken and it's very good. Simple, tasty, filling, great weeknight meal.

I had it yesterday, the tomatoes were a little wonky, but other than that, it was great.

Sweet! Glad you liked it. I usually slice up the tomatoes pretty fine, otherwise yeah they can be a little chewy.

That's my mom's recipe, from a book she's worn out from cooking as you can tell by the food splatters she's a messy cook but man everything from her kitchen is delicious!

The best meal for breakfast(for me)

1-2 Cheese slices(from whatever cheese you prefer)
1-2 Turkey slices
1-2 Over easy eggs

Slap it all together and boom.

It's really basic, but if you season it, it's a lot better.

I recommend it unless you have stomach issues

It's not the milk, it's the chocolate in it...I usually just prefer regular milk if I'm going to drink it but like I said, sounds like the chocolate would be good with the other ingredients.

Regular milk works but it’s kind of tasteless

Although my mom makes much more elaborate and more appealing dishes, she is famous among my friends for her delicious homemade pizzas, on which she puts meatball halves *Italian intensifies, even though I have absolutely no Italian blood in me*

I'm having a hard time thinking that it's actually something that stands out for it's flavor.

Well, my parents can whip up some of the best meals in the country, if not the world. Unfortunately, because they don't use or write down recipes, often their creations cannot be replicated.

For fresh Tahini (Middle Eastern/Israeli condiment)

Ingredients:
4 cups of hulled sesame seeds
1/4C of olive oil

Additional:
Ground pumpkin seeds
Cilantro (Goes best)
Ground red pepper
Paprika
Turmeric

Directions:

1. Gently toast the sesame seeds (stirring constantly) for 5 minutes or until slightly golden. Cool till room temperature
2. Once the sesame seeds have roasted, blend on high for one minute, Creating a Tahini paste
3. Sizzle the olive oil over the paste and sprinkle additional ingredients (optional) over the paste.

There you have full Middle Eastern style Tahini.

I just used some Tahini the other day to make a dressing for a protein bowl, that is some delicious stuff. The bowl had some quinoa, chick peas, marinated chicken, and roasted peppers/onions/cherry tomatoes. Put the tahini dressing over the top and finished with roasted pumpkin seeds, it was awesome.

Damnnnnnnn that does sound good. Oh yeah instead of sesame seeds you can use dressing but homemade is better (I think).
