Where is all of the money?

Bankruptcy.

Bankruptcy is a legal action of protection. Bankruptcy isn't a reason. What is the reason all of the money is gone from a not for profit organization?

One of the people in the management swindled the money. Then the New York government tried to shut them down.
So they are reforming in Texas as a non-profit.

Oh I have been to New York, and Atlanta, and Indianapolis, Chicago, and so on across the country. I have never understood why anyone desires to live in a man made cavern of dirt and grime. Each to their own.
