Hi, Democrat/lib here [Cause that's what I am called by anyone I talk to.] BLM/ANTIFA rioters are Domestic terrorists. I say this loosely as the term is defined as such:
Let's put some terms on the table...
political: relating to the ideas or strategies of a particular party or group in politics.
social justice: justice in terms of the distribution of wealth, opportunities, and privileges within a society.
terrorist: a person who uses unlawful violence and intimidation, especially against civilians, in the pursuit of political aims.
I would hardly call the message behind the BLM movement "Social Justice" as defined in this definition. Their movement, instead, was centered around the disproportiante killings of African-Americans by police officers and with that, the use of excessive force. Per the terms provided by simple google: define "x" (I could go to MW, thesaurus, etc. but I am confident I would find virtually identical results.) Did politics start playing a part? Of course they did. It IS true they did start calling "Defund the Police." This is a policy they wanted to enact through their movement to address the issue they had since no solution had been provided that was proven to work. I believe that wasn't until after they started using excessive force on the protesters. (which is kind of ironic.)
In this sense, before politics came into play, you could call them Freedom Fighters.
