I’m in the U.S. sooo. . . Not many customs here but I’d have to say its so stupid when people refer to the U.S. as simply “America”

No- Brazil is a country in South America-

South America is America, central America is America, so when people call the US America it ticks me off idk why. Also when people call Native Americans "American Indians" even though that means and Indian who immigrated to the US.

So in Israel a custom that many people do is to ride their bikes on Yom Kipur, and many people clap when an ELAL (Israel Airlines) flight lands.
