It was, there's video of them being orderly and walking down the aisle. The only damage was a moved podium and a few windows broken by Antifa on video. Law enforcement is investigating.

There is no proof of the ANTIFA claim.

I can agree with you, raiding the capitol was a dumbass maneuver, but I cannot look past the fact that BLM had all these corps backing them up and the raiders were labeled terrorists, (Somehow or another) racists, and nothing more than common criminals, and I can see the bias.
