The only difference is that in fascism, they don't claim the people own everything. They tell the truth and say the government does.

Nazis were National Socialists, no just because of their names. They planned the economy and had foremen that responded directly to the Nazi party in every factory, just like all the other failed socialist utopia that has ever existed.
