Armed Forces leaders will not follow illegal orders. Under the Uniform Code of Military Justice, they must follow legal orders. But, they can, and will, be held responsible for the outcomes of following illegal orders. I have read that the current leadership is already prepared for this possibility. So, America, not him, has an Army.
