Obama had a compliant press constantly on their knees for him. Any wrongdoing was ignored, covered up, or excused. President Trump had a media constantly attacking him. They invented scandals his entire campaign and presidency. So yes, President Trump's one year is more impressive than Stuttering Clusterf--k of a Malignant Traitor's years.
