I will be shocked if that ever happens. He has been sharing his gross pics on here for years. He posts them to minors, he posts them with nasty umm... "props" placed in the frame etc... He will always be here. Not sure why they keep allowing it.

I am aware of these mods. One of them thinks the panty guy is great. I always tried being cordial to that fella. But I had to call him out so much about his posting his pics to people in comments I just got fed up. I don't know what it would actually take for them to put their foot down to him about his posts. Because it is one thing to make memes, it is quite another to post personal images to minors in comments.

But from what I understand is that he got a slack imgflip chat account and was sending them explicit pictures or something of that nature on them private chat servers that where imgflip based. Forgive me for being wrong with that understanding of what I have picked up on.

See, the chat is what I was just discussing last night on a separate meme in this same stream. He is a predator and private chat is something I would never want to invite him to. This is also why we should have some type of actual block feature, where you may block a user and they may not message or comment on your mems etc... I am hoping this is implemented here at some point.

Hmm,yes and I was thinking about a set up where you have to actually give your actual year of birth to sign in this site.
But that can be falsified too.
Only thing I can think of are actual background checking with given email to this site.
For example:

Email address: [email protected]

After you click on the accept button a message pops up saying:

YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS IS BEING BACKGROUND CHECKED. IF APPOVED,
A LINK TO ENTER WILL BE SENT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS .

That may be a tad extreme. Just feels a little invasive to me. But you're right about the under 13 age group. There are a lot who use this site who are as young as 9 or 10. No way would I let my kids use this site. I am sure their parents are clueless.
