A whole bunch of private medical centers here prescribe some form of anti-parasite drug they import from Canada.
You have to know the staff personally or referred by someone and pay in cash with no paper-trail but they've had a 100% success rate, including people in their 80s.
I've prepaid for a couple boxes for the next shipment just incase.
