I'm completely convinced their bullshit detectors have been warped by dysfunctional, abusive parenting on the one hand and predatory religious leaders and bosses on the other. There's an element of southern and midwestern working class culture that's cancerous.

Personally, I’ve found the angriest, most judgmental, least diverse accepting, general know it all’s to be the biggest fans of MAGA.

However, I also know people on the opposite end of the spectrum who are loving, caring, intelligent, excepting individuals,who support Trump, but on a less feverish level.

I didn’t vote for Obama in 2012 or Hillary. I voted for Obama in 2008 though. I voted for Biden for similar reasons.

As far as I know, he didn't officially endorse Biden but he narrated a Biden campaign ad and also voiced a pro-Biden, anti-Trump ad for the Lincoln Project I think. I bet he DID vote for Biden though...
