Somebody, presumably your kid if you have one, recently got into your settings. He found the “shortcuts” part of the settings, and he changed “no” to “pecan pie”.

I want to do this to someone

i want to prank my mom this way but i doubt ill ever get hold of her phone

Ask her for it, pretend you're playing games, do it.
