My state is Tennessee, not shut down. Lower cost of living and if you do your research, there is an specific Tennessee city that has best internet service in the whole nation, Ideal to work from home. I also moved away from Cali many, many years ago, when it was impossible to survive as a single person with average wave. Best decision EVER.
