In the United States, the person making the accusation has the burden on proof. YOU HAVE TO SHOW THE VOTES WERE ILLEGAL. That's the way it works. That's American jurisprudence.

But hey, some states were feeling generous - some states even did recounts, even a couple of states recounting twice, so that's MORE than you really get for something where you couldn't prove what you are claiming.

Oh wait, except nearly every court has rejected GOP lawsuits alleging massive voter fraud, because THERE WASN'T ANY. Stop being a sore loser simp and face reality.

As for voter ID laws, they are discriminatory laws that exclude millions from being able to vote for the miniscule threat of impersonation fraud which only happened 31 times since 2000. That's why more people aren't pushing it.

If voter fraud happened, that is illegal. It is not unconstitutional to demand a system to work legitimate elections. Because this system isn’t working, and the mail-in ballots made it far worse.

Here's the thing. You're assuming there's voter fraud is a given. That's not how it works. You have to actually prove it to the courts it happened. And so far, that is failing, spectacularly.

Because voter ID costs money that many poor people don't have, and getting a voter ID often requires you to drive hundreds of miles to get one in an ID office?
