What he is saying is that he knows the election was not stolen, but they will continue to say it was in order to pass laws to make it harder for people to vote.

WRONG! He's saying, like most Republicans (and Democrats), that while this is a fight worth fighting, we're going to wait and hope you forget about it so we keep getting invited to the right parties and stay in line for that comfy corporate or lobbying job once we leave office.
