Biden recently gave a "Holy" Joe speech where he quoted the book of Palms, since he likes to ignore silent pees, Pfizer was another potential gaffe to ridicule him for. Since Trump was ridiculed for quoting Two Corinthians, Obama for his Navy corpseman, GW Bush his butchery of pronunciations and others it seemed like a fair shot. As for Visene instead of Visine, that's all on me, I haven't used the stuff since the 70's and forgot how it was spelled. When I realized it I couldn't change the meme.
