um... you're saying that you hate them for not doing there job, but may I remind you that you hated them when they did? And apparently you don't know how the order of authority works, because they don't exactly have a choice whether or not they arrest anyone when it comes to "dictatorial" orders. you are blaming the wrong people.

Every officer as a thinking feeling human being. If they decide to break their oath to uphold the constitution that's on them.

on the individual officer who needs a job and most likely has a family to support? being discharged from the police force is a mark against ever being hired again they could do without. honestly, would you give up your job as an individual, when it most likely will land you unemployed with hardly a way to get a new job? you would not. the world is not about feeling. im telling you you don't know what you are talking about. saying you hate the police is the wrong way to go about it. you are making a huge generalization. if they all left their jobs then where will we be?

Yes, they can refuse on constitutional grounds and then get a lawyer (for free) from the union to defend them.

that was not an option I was going to bring up, because if they in fact did something to stop the "peaceful" riots of the black people, the creed will be racism and they will in fact lose their jobs
