Cmon, fact check this one why donchya.

I ordinarily avoid snopes like it has the covid, but in this case I couldn't resist.

They say he said it, but that it's a usual Biden gaffe, or poor attempt at humor.

After all, Sundowner Joe is demented, don't you know...

I have never, ever cited Snopes as a source, but I ran across it while checking the quote.

I had a SMH ("smacking or shaking my head") moment
- even effing SNOPES says Biden said it -
so I went with using Snopes as the source.
