It doesn't need to be punished capitally. The minimum penalty is five years AND 10,000 dollars, of course being incapable of holding any public office.

I think it ought to be based on how much fraud there was. If someone votes for their deceased relative that shouldn't be punished by death, but with the amount of fraud we saw in 2020 there should (IMCO) be some capital punishment

I see your point, but I don't think capital punishment is fitting for such a small amount of fraud. 5 years and 10,000 dollars is a big punishment too, and I think it would deter a large number of people.

They stole an entire election. I think they should be hung until dead if they were involved.

I agree that people who committed mass election fraud should be executed, but perhaps we can agree to disagree about small-scale fraud?

A few years at least, but I'm just wanting to see prosecutions and imprisonments...for anyone getting caught doing this.
