Hears Bush v. Gore; Won't hear Trump v. Biden

Lower federal courts already heard Trump's case and ruled on it. The Supreme Court were happy with how the lower courts ruled so they decided they didn't need to be involved.

Because Trump v Biden forgot to bring oroof. Their lawyers admitted they had none.

I wonder if LACK OF FACTS had anything to do with it?
