Confederate Battle Flags

Looks like "the South" might have to be put down again.

But this time without "Get out of jail free"-cards.

The USA was too easy on the Confederates after the war. They should have ruled the South as one big Federal territory and make the individual states wait several decades to return to full statehood, based on their commitment to human rights. Instead we got a South that practiced Jim Crow well into the 1960s.

...we could still make a deal with Russia like back in 1867.

Or sell it to China.

Yep, if you order the table by the civic engagement you see that southern states lead.

None of the top 5 are southern states.

Uh Texas is a southern state. The first column is rank meaning most of the military leadership is leftist. If you order it by the other column, then the top 10 are filled mostly with southern states.

Do you understand what the list means by civic engagement? Rank does not mean military rank, it means rank among the states. And do you recognize centrism as a thing?
