Doctor Strangelove says... | THE JUDICIAL POWER SHALL EXTEND TO ALL CASES, IN LAW AND EQUITY, ARISING UNDER THIS CONSTITUTION, THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES, AND TREATIES MADE, OR WHICH SHALL BE MADE, UNDER THEIR AUTHORITY;...--TO CONTROVERSIES TO WHICH THE UNITED STATES SHALL BE A PARTY;--TO CONTROVERSIES BETWEEN TWO OR MORE STATES;--BETWEEN A STATE AND CITIZENS OF ANOTHER STATE;--BETWEEN CITIZENS OF DIFFERENT STATES;--BETWEEN CITIZENS OF THE SAME STATE CLAIMING LANDS UNDER GRANTS OF DIFFERENT STATES, AND BETWEEN A STATE, OR THE CITIZENS THEREOF, AND FOREIGN STATES, CITIZENS OR SUBJECTS. ARTICLE III, SECTION II; THE SUPREME COURT SHALL HAVE APPELLATE JURISDICTION, BOTH AS TO LAW AND FACT, WITH SUCH EXCEPTIONS, AND UNDER SUCH REGULATIONS AS THE CONGRESS SHALL MAKE. You mean like the state legislatures being the one to make the rules for elections and non-legislature people doing it instead?

Did they do it during the general election or the primary election?

And do you know why they did it?

Doesn't matter. All laws must come from the legislature that deal with the election. Anyone else issuing laws or rules about it is unconstitutional. Its open and shut and happened in all 4 swing states.
My personal take is that the rule of law is dead at this point.

No. It isn’t dead just because you don’t understand how it works. I get that it’s frustrating but I myself am rather tired of people being outraged over the wrong thing.

You’re not outraged that States didn’t follow election procedures because if there was evidence of that, it would’ve been brought before the courts.

It does matter that you understand what transpired and as far as I can tell universal mail-in ballots in each state has been legal for at least a year if not more.

Clerks did NOT change election procedures or give unlawful advice to voters. That was simply a lie.

Nope. Its open knowledge that they violated the constitution, this is not some 'conspiracy theory' about nebulous charges. This is an open reading of the constitution compared to who changed the rules of the election in each state. Its open and shut. Please read up on it.

Since you’ve volunteered no source or links, I’ll just go on assuming you don’t know what you’re talking about. My condolences that your candidate lost. Next time, I hope a better candidate is picked and maybe they’ll know the difference between fraud and loss so that they don’t continue to lie to you on how elections and lawsuits actually work.

Have a good one!
