The certification is not final and in most cases was necessary to allow these lawsuits to proceed to higher courts. Thanks to previous Supreme Court rulings “Safe Harbor Day” is not final either. This could go the whole way to January and change who you believe will be inaugurated. In fact, the Inaugural Committee even failed to pass a resolution acknowledging Biden as President-Elect. This is far from over and we are not laying down and allowing this election to be stolen by corrupt democrats.
