I respect your opinion KingToday, but will say that imo Tojo is like a lot of liberals, meaning well intentioned, but naïve. They believe the govt should have more control over our lives to enforce their own feel good policies and what they consider fairness. They believe govt is the solution, while more objective people can clearly see that in most cases, the govt is the problem. They believe the govt should have far more control over us than what the constitution clearly defines as the role of the federal govt.

So imo, he's not the shit eating liberal that people like StanKlown, or BlueBunny, or Spitatone, or definitely VagabondDouché are. I suspect that IRL, unlike those I just mentioned, he's probably a decent person. For example, I've never seen him wish death on anyone just for their political views, as StanKlown does on a regular basis. I've never seen him express views that are clearly misogynistic, racist, sexist, or xenophobic, etc., as VagabondDouché does routinely.

That was a fine explanation ,well written and I completely understand. However, every interaction I have had with toe has been nothing but negative, hatred, and just straight out vulgarity like the meme posted by him on this post. I think you know him much better than I do, so I'll take your word that he is not as he makes himself out to be on my meme posts. - So I retract my comment about him. for now. ;D

I actually don't know him that well in an imgflip context. My experience with Tojo started off more like what you described. Although, I've learned from my dealings with another high profile ultra liberal imgflip user that if we don't respond in kind, they may take a different tact in their replies. All it takes sometimes is a reply that's more conversational than childish, and an adult connection can be made.

Although, if presented with something like that, I recommend extreme caution. I was burned by someone who falsely presented himself as not being a juvenile a-hole, and I let my guard down a bit. I gave him some personal (but still general and somewhat vague) details about myself, and this douché just twisted the info and ran with it, like a grade schooler to the monkey bars. So maybe Tojo is playing me, although I wouldn't characterize our exchanges as overly friendly. Hell, I'll give (almost) anyone a second chance if they communicate like an adult. Of course, nobody should really give a damn what I think about them anyway.

The other idiots that I mentioned are beyond the pale, imo. They couldn't care a bit about making any rational, or mature arguments to support what they claim to believe. They're nothing more than juvenile trolls who are only in it for whatever visceral kick they get out of name calling and acting like grade schoolers. Sadly, there are people like that who support Trump, so I can't only blame it on liberalism being a mental disorder! (although Dr. Michael Savage might disagree...)

After four years of listening to the guy, you have to be able to understand what he's saying and the way he says it.
