Capitalism isn't a form of government.

In the sense that the government determines whether a country can be capitalist it is.

First of all, nobody said it was a form of government. The form of government isn’t the only thing that describes the nation.

And secondly that’s the best part. That means the government isn’t actually involving themselves in the market.

What most people don't understand is that all countries are capitalist. Its just that the currency stops being money and is instead influence and power.

Well yes and no. Capitalism and socialism are both economic theories. Usually when someone refers to "capitalism" they are referring to a market economy with limited command economics (such as the military, roads, etc.) while with "socialism" most refer to a redistribution of wealth and command economics that takes over most of the market.
