I can agree with that. In fact, the one who says things we agree with can most easily fool us.

Saying I know Biden sometimes tells the truth is not the same as saying I know he usually lies. I don't know the truth value of much of what he says, but what I know so far has been true or mostly true. So I'm skeptical but not automatically disbelieving of him.

The purpose of the sanctions is to coerce Iran’s leaders to back down on uranium production before they can build a large weapon. They already have enough to build an atomic bomb and in a few months they could refine it enough to make a large nuke. Until then the sanctions have been hitting their economy to force less uranium production. Right now their stockpile is about 6,000 kilograms less than in 2015.
