That is all I want. Even if they find massive voter fraud, throw out all of the fraudulent votes and Biden still wins. I won't be happy that he won but at least everyone will know that Biden won legitimately and not because of massive corruption.

Most of my life I have been hearing stories of voter fraud. How dead people were voting and they always voted Democrat. For the very first time something is actually being done about it and I am more than happy this is finally happening.

If it all gets shut down by the courts or whomever without any chance to bring the evidence to light then there is just no point in voting ever again. It matters not what party you vote for because the winners will have been planned out from before the election and the will of the people will never be able to change that. Our country will be forever lost to tyranny.

Let me get this right. We have to have proof of voter fraud BEFORE voter fraud happens? Is that what you are saying? Proof of fraud is NOT being "produced". Trump is not trying to steal the election. Stealing elections is the modus operandi of the Democrat party and always has been.

Trump isn't asking for a motion of discovery. He's asking for an injunction on certification and transition to the Biden Presidency.

He needs evidence of a crime for that.

The fact is, we have several and I do mean SEVERAL mechanisms in place to audit and review the transparency of an election that you just straight up ignore when ginning up your mystery box of "but how will we ever KNOW that there was no fraud if you don't give us everything we want?"

Rule 9b of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure clearly states that any action on fraud requires specific charges and evidence. Let's say you're still pressing the angle that ballots can be straight up printed off, fake-signed, and dumped during the count; OK, which ballots? Who printed them? When? Get specific. It is required. You get nothing without it.

You've been told for decades by study after study after independent study that electoral fraud is just not as common as Republicans have been alleging. This is your chance to prove otherwise and all you have is "but you HAVE to believe us so that we can prove it later".

I don't really care how much you think you know and how much you can quote rules to me. That is irrelevant when it is very clear that those "rules" had been circumvented all over the country. Republicans were being kept out of observing the counting in several states.

I think it is rotten that the Penn Supreme Court legalized voter fraud just a few days before the election. That was in clear violation of Article II of the Constitution. Only state legislators can make election law. You seem to be okay with the fact that Penn allowed ballots to be counted AFTER the polls closed WITHOUT a post mark and WITHOUT a signature. I call that a serious case of voter fraud. Proving it is hard because the envelopes have all been thrown away and only the ballot remains. But that is why Republicans were opposed to mail in voting to begin with. It has a 20% vote inaccuracy rating over voting in person which has a 10% inaccuracy rating during a normal election.

Then there are the Dominion and Smartmatic machines which alter votes to benefit the candidate(s) to which they are programmed. That is just a fact that everyone on the left really wants to ignore and downplay.

Arizona was one of the states that were called early for Biden because hardly any votes were counted. Trump was leading for most of the time until the end. I was in Northern Arizona this weekend. I saw Trump signs all over the place. They were everywhere. Even out in the middle of nowhere. I never ever saw one single Biden sign. Not one. Granted, we didn't go to Phoenix. For some reason people who live in big cities seems to lose their minds and end up voting for their own self destruction (aka Democrat). So had we gone to Phoenix we might have seen at least one Biden sign.

We also visited family in Las Vegas and I don't remember seeing Biden signs there either. There wasn't as many Trump signs as there were in Az but there were several.

Regardless, I seriously do not think that Biden won this election. I think that Trump won in a landslide and I think that is why the ballots stopped being counted overnight. That has never ever happened before. I think what happened is that time was used calculating how many votes to switch or fabricate to give Biden the win.

It's not irrelevant if you're trying to prove voter fraud. If you're not, then what's the point in anything you've been saying this last month?

I don't have to prove voter fraud. Voter fraud exists. We need to find out just how extensive it was in this election and if it caused Biden to falsely win. The whole country should be in favor of this but because Democrats are afraid it might give Trump the win they will say and do anything to discredit anyone who talks about fraud.

You would rather completely destroy the integrity of the voting process just to make sure that a corrupt, senile old fart becomes our next president. Biden is completely owned by China.

There's a little thing called "burden of proof"...and it's all on Trump.

That is exactly why I want this to be tried in the courts rather than just being dismissed by judges who have sold their souls (even if they are Republican). I want an honest investigation and for this to be tried in an honest court.

That is all I am asking. I don't want this all to be swept under the rug...again and again and again.... It is time we cleared up all voting improprieties and make laws to prevent it from ever happening again.

Most of my life all I have been hearing is that Democrats are registering dead people and fictional characters to vote. I am in no position to verify if those claims are true or not but I have no doubt that their has been voter fraud for decades. It all has to stop. We must demand honest elections and make provisions that we never have this problem again.

I wouldn't like it but if throwing out the corruption meant that Democrats won every election honestly from here on out I would be happier about it.

It was an honest court. The court honestly found insufficent evidence and more than that, the charges were too vague. I refer you back to Rule 9b of Civil Procedure.

If you want this to be tried in courts, put a real case together.

With such preponderance of evidence all I can say is that those judges are corrupt.

It's not over by a long shot. Ted Cruz is taking it to the Supreme Court. With any luck SCOTUS will pick up the case.

BTW Look up how many cases Cruz has gotten before the Supreme Court compared to other former state attorney generals. It's impressive. In order to accomplish that he must have an airtight case. It is not easy to get SCOTUS to look at a appeal.

Pennsylvania's state legislature also want to recent the state's certification.
