And the good people are now striking all your cases down for lack of evidence.

No, like usually you don't understand. He appointed left leaning people, and they in turn are loyal to the left and not the rule of law. So they are striking them down without even viewing the evidence. That is how you know they are in the wrong. If they viewed the evidence and did the 'discovery' part of the arraignment, then they would be doing it correctly.

Don't worry, then, the President who appointed all these left-leaning judges was a one-termer who lost re-election to Biden.

It doesn't matter though, by striking these cases down, it just saves time as we move toward the Supreme Court.

It absolutely does matter. The Supreme Court doesn't grant an appeal to cases where the lawyers just didn't do a very good job in the first instance. That's not fixing a court's mistake and therefore that's not in the purview of an appeal.

And you'll only have yourselves to blame for not having a strong case from the start.
