There's plenty of regulations, perhaps too many.

See you say that but we're the only country with this level of gun deaths.

If regulations work then perhaps a regulation banning the intentional or accidental killing of another human being would be in order?

And then, if you're caught and convicted of doing that you go to jail for like the rest of your life or the state could put you down?

We did that already. We're still the only country having this problem.

The solution is more likely to be in something they're doing that we're not doing.

Not entirely sure what you're trying to say. I went to the "Second Amendment to the United States Constitution" wikipage (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second_Amendment_to_the_United_States_Constitution) and don't find the part about "...only a few countries..." etc.,

What exactly is your point? Are you saying that the definition of the Second Amendment is somehow lessened because it's on Wikipedia?

Maybe if I went to the wrong page you could please provide a link? Thanks!

OK, first, thanks for clearing that up.

Second, be clear that I support and defend the constitution and, especially, 2A and am proud that America is one of those countries that supports that right at a constitutional level.

What confused me, and what I hope that you won't see as an attack, is that most libs and academic types (wait, those are synonyms) look down their noses at wikipedia as an unreliable source. Therefore, I thought that you were attacking the legitimacy of those quotes just because they appeared on wikipedia.

Now, on the other hand, if you'd have clicked on or hovered over the blue number one then you'd have seen that Stephen Halbrook is actually the reference. You could have used him as your "said who?".

That's what confused me. Hope you see that. Thanks again.
