Hi acuity, do you think you could help me?
I’m having trouble when it comes to my points and a lot of other people are saying the same thing as me.
We are having trouble getting our points for when people upvote our images.
For example, I made a few memes a few days ago and I collectively got around 50 upvotes on them.
I should have gotten about 1,500 points but instead I got zero points.
Many of us seem to think something is wrong with Imgflip or it is glitching or something because many of us are experiencing this problem. If you could look into it that would be great, thank you.

Not all upvotes on images award points. After a certain number of submissions in a stream you'll stop receiving points for them, to avoid people just spamming garbage for points. Also, older submissions don't affect points, making it harder to spam upvote/downvote someone's entire image history.

No one ever receives a comment ban due to another user of the site. Comment bans are earned exclusively due to sitewide moderators determining your comment violated our rules. Actions of other users have no effect on whether it's against the rules to comment bad things.
