So would they travel to the future to get the analyses that was just completed? Would they then add it to lawsuits that are over procedural issues rather than fraud?
As you have set it up, new evidence doesn't count because it was not retroactively in the past, and older evidence of fraud doesn't count because they took time to investigate to make a solid case and launched lawsuits over easier to prove irregularities and proceeggeial issues where the facts wear already available.
Therefore no evidence is allowed.
