So would they travel to the future to get the analyses that was just completed? Would they then add it to lawsuits that are over procedural issues rather than fraud?

As you have set it up, new evidence doesn't count because it was not retroactively in the past, and older evidence of fraud doesn't count because they took time to investigate to make a solid case and launched lawsuits over easier to prove irregularities and proceeggeial issues where the facts wear already available.

The vaccines have been tested, and are not gene therapy. However, the long term effects are unknown like the 1976 swine flu vaccination that was deadlier than the disease.

They've been tested and each time people get sick and die from it, they stop the study and start a new one. They've tested it on about 20 people and are now rolling it out to the masses, and it is gene therapy. Read the science articles on it.

Yes, that's similar to how standard vaccines work, but with an artificial version of the virus to trigger immune response rather than a weaken virus. It is basic high school science to know that foreign genetic material triggers trigger the cells' response that is the bases of vaccines. It is also not gene therapy.

That is a bit different, but not gene therapy. The RNA instructs the cells to make antibodies directly, rather than triggering the cells process to generate antibodies. basically skipping a step in the proccess.
