As I explained on someone else's meme, Pennsylvania did not send out mail-in ballots automatically to every registered voter; you had to send in a request form that required as identification the applicant's driver's license or ID number or last four digits of their Social Security number, or valid ID if you didn't have those. They most likely verified signatures at this stage. There would have to be identity theft on a massive scale to affect the outcome enough to give Biden the win, and there is no evidence of that happening.
As for the Dominion voting systems, the only instance of so-called "vote flipping" occurred in Michigan, and it was found and corrected early in the counting process (it was caused by human error). No other instances of this have been found, and no evidence of machine tampering have been found anywhere.
