The YouTube video cited as "if you only click one link" brings up "if you have permission to view this video sign in". Don't know why, does YouTube consider it adult content?

Also whenever I see conservatives who hope to convince liberals with facts, I am reminded of this:

Never Wrestle with a Pig. You Both Get Dirty and the Pig Likes It

I have not idea what the issue with that video is.

Here is the video that I made, on imgflip.

A meme that "talks" ?
What a concept!
i must confess this the first audio meme I've heard.
Nicely done with excellent audio, upvoted both the video above and pt. 2 linked below it.

I think the "issue" (with YouTube) is that they put obstructions in front of videos they don't want people to see, marking otherwise innocent videos as "adult content".

Money well spent, particularly with Biden such a profuse provider of verbal gaffes.

Viewing your talking meme reminded of the first movies with sound, Talkies. I'd forgotten that term and when I searched for it, instead found "Soundies".

They were evidently the music videos of their day:

Soundies
A new form of entertainment introduced in America in the early 1940's
http://www.1940.co.uk/acatalog/soundies.html

Soundies were a brand new form of entertainment conceived in early 1940, born in January 1941 and then suffered a lingering demise mid-way through 1947. They were three minute black and white films with an optical soundtrack designed to be shown on self-contained, coin-operated 16mm rear projection machines situated in bars, diners, nightclubs, roadhouses and other public places throughout the States and Canada.

Found an actual Soundie on YouTube here:

Just tried to view that YouTube video again, got the "sign in for adult content" screen. I guess only adults can see the truth
