Depends on what you mean by children. While it can be argued that life begins at conception, the fact of the matter is not all zygotes make it to incubation. Roughly half, actually. And therefor these could be considered natural abortion. There is also the messy red tape that will now come with women who are pregnant and lose the baby mid-pregnancy. If they do this often than not, they may be fined or jailed under pro-life. Which, to me, is no different than the unreasonable prison sentences of the 90s during the War on Drugs. Meant to exploit and raise the prison population rather than prevent the death of unborn.
Again, those who are pro-choice may choose whether or not they personally find it morally apprehensive or responsible to have an abortion. While those who support pro-life seem to gloss over the many intricate problems that come from simply making something they disagree with illegal.
