Not true, it has been proved to have negative health effects.

Imagine being HIV+ and having unprotected sex, or even herpes. You have a personal moral to not do that. People have been sued for spreading diseases.

But condoms actually work fairly well. Most masks do not.

No, I tested negative. Positive tests mean you're supposed to quarantine which means no going out in public at all. The mask itself is supposed to help keep you from spreading COVID to others when you don't know you're infected, not stop you from catching it.

I don't think I've had COVID, but I do wear the near useless mask anyway.

What you need is a multilayer tight waved mask that tightly fits around the mouth and nose to stop air from flowing around it and thus catch the water droplets that COVID travel on.
